Returns

At Nokurai, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your items.

Returning an Item

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please contact our customer support team at support@nokurai.com to initiate the return process. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Exchanging an Item

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the same return process outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unused, original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Returning a Store Purchase

Currently, all returns must be processed through our online store. We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party stores or retailers.

Rejected Return or Exchange

If your return or exchange is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy (e.g., used items or missing tags), we’ll contact you with details about the rejection. You may be able to have the item sent back to you at your own expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
